Dr. Knapp is an awesome doctor. I went to him when pregnant and he was awesome with me and our baby. The staff there are all super nice and professional.
My primary doctor has been away for months so i have to schedule with other doctors or PAs. Anytime I schedule with the other doctors it's a week to 3 weeks out till I can see them. I understand that I should have scheduled an appointment after my last visit. I thought my primary Doctor would be back by now from the information that was relayed to me. Do NOT take your children to see Dr Avery Jeffers! I took my baby in Friday November 26th with health concerns because she wasn't acting like herself and looked like she was getting sick. He did a check up just like a check up at the pediatricians office and did a nose swab. Then said she was fine and sent us home. She got worse the next day so we took her back in and the before we were checked in the nurse seen that something was wrong and took her back to start treatment. Not going back. Took my 4 year old in for an update on an ear infection and the staff wouldn't even let her in the building let alone to use the bathroom. We had to wait outside until the doctor "okayed" for us to come inside. Child has an ear infection not the dang plague. Review is for the staff, not the doctor we saw. Staff very rude and none are on the same page regarding doctors wishes. Gave us quite the run around to even get in. They are more worried about keeping "covid protocol" than they are at actually wanting to ... read more
Tried to go to urgent care tonight. Double checked the actual website not just Google hours and the website said they closed at 7PM. When we got there at 6:27 was informed they closed at 6:30. I said ok it's not 630 yet and was informed the Dr had already left for the night. While I understand this part of it, I hope they will change their website hours to accurately reflect when they are open so no else wastes an hour out of their day like I ended up doing.
