Fiber optic internet that is so slow you can’t even watch a Roku. Fiber optic is supposed to be symmetrical speeds such as 100 download/100 upload. Not 100 download/10 upload. Fiber across the country is running up to 10 gig speeds right now. They have us set at 50mbps/5mbps. This kind of speed is the same as 1990 internet speeds. We changed to fiber in 2020 and ordered the gig speed. We received it and it was great! All of a sudden they say we have 50/5 speeds. Absolute rip off. Great internet speed at a great price. I switched from MVTV back to Arvig. No regrets. I get a landline service AND the internet for less than 85.00 per month. I didn't buy the most expensive internet package, but three of us are on regularly together and rarely have any issues even if we are all streaming videos at the same time. Highly recommend. With one exception, customer service has been excellent for the few times we've needed it. Thanks!
