We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far at Truks n Trykes Golden Gateway. We absolutely love having our daughter at this daycare! The staff is caring and you can tell my daughter really enjoys being there. The staff always greet her by name and always make you feel so welcome. I love the communication through the app and the consistent updates and pictures that we get daily! Being a first time mom, I was very nervous to put my child in someone else's care but having her at this daycare has definitely eased my worries! I have been to other daycares and even another Truks-N-Trykes. This one is by far the best!!! The owner Mel is Amazing and she is always so up beat and happy to see the kids!!! Both my kids have learned so much. I love how when my oldest goes to school they will bus her to and from school so it works with my work schedule. My kids have never had anything bad to say about any of the teachers or anything else.
A laughable example (and a ownership/management joke) of a glorified babysitting service. Do yourself and your children a favor and explore your options elsewhere. This place is the bottom of the barrel. Note to all current and former employees: The South Dakota Department of Labor is your friend! Everyone is very welcoming and has a smile on their face. Anytime you have a problem they will help fix it. When our daughter gets dropped off she always runs to the teacher when he's working. They use the brightwheel app and everyday we get several pictures. Very good daycare, the best one we have sent our kids to!
