Two of our kids were seen today. I’m blown away by the patience and kindness the staff show our children. A few years ago our kids had some teeth pulled at another place, and our kids grew nervous of the dentist. This place will definitely be our forever dentist. I've never had this kind of experience at a dentist ever! And due to being prior military, I've lived in many, many different states and overseas. I called to make an appointment because of my horrible toothache. So, I was told by the receptionist to request my very recent x rays by my former dentist's office, to be emailed to them, so I did. $75 for an appointment that was never confirmed by text or call, just by word of mouth is how they run this show. Me and my wife have been going her for some time, but their poor practices have been enough. The main hygienist has a rough hand and she couldn't care less she is causing you pain.
I randomly found Timber Creek Dental when i was having a dental issue. They made time for me and in one apt. I was pain free. I have continued to be a patient for the last 2 + years. I have had health issues in the past and can't tell you how supportive they ALL have been, absolutely no judgment just support. I appreciate the honesty, support and over all kindness of the team at Timber Creek Dental.
Dr Sheils is a great dentist, and always looks for alternative care methods that are better for your budget. He is also a veteran and a dentist in the Air Force. He is pleasant to work with and 100% honest with all treatment plans. I would always recommend him as a dentist, due to his honesty, integrity and knowledge in dentistry.
