The resort is in desperate need of a remodel. The shower faucet, shower head and tub spot all had issues. The carpet is tired and the black duck tape with staples in the elevator are not a good sign. The staff on the other hand were pleasant and the convention food was decent. Anytime someone walked in the room above mine, I knew it.

We have been staying here a few times a year and love the location, but the rooms really need updating. Wallpaper is peeling off, carpet is bulking up and some other changes needed. The. Other thing that is really disappointing is the Resort Fee. To us this is not a resort a resort is someplace that offers all inclusive items. The more disturbing part is how rude the staff at the front desk is. They sure don’t seem to like their jobs which is sad for a place like that. We packed up the baby on a cooler day to head to Thumper Pond indoor water park. If you have a child, you know this is no small task. Arrived to the front desk and we were informed that the indoor park is only for resort guests on the weekends (we went on a Sunday.) I’ve been coming to the indoor park since this place was built, as our cabin is nearby. EXTREMELY disappointed with this new rule and the fact the website says the opposite. Local money is as good as tourist money. Shame on TP management.

Comfortable beds. Hotel is a bit dated but fantastic spot to bring little kids to the water park. Kids had a great time!

The hotel was nice and quiet. Room was good. The only thing is the lifeguards on duty were not good. Two young boys on their phone almost the whole time we were in the pool. One had an AirPod in. I don’t think they would have noticed if a child was drowning.
