I cannot recommend Third Avenue Lofts enough. I was moving here out of state and Mary was so helpful with signing the lease and the move in. She is so thoughtful and great at her job. Not only is the staff so nice and welcoming, the apartment is beautiful as well as the community room and fitness center. It is wonderful!!!
Great place to live. Mary was great to work with. Right across the street from Sunshine grocery store, and a few blocks from downtown. The building was always clean.
Such a great place to live! The property is so well maintained. Mary is the greatest property manager and is so kind to work with. I really feel taken care of and part of a safe community while being a resident here! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to reside that's downtown!
I recently moved to Sioux Falls to start a new job downtown and looked at a handful of different lofts for a new place to live. After touring Third Avenue Lofts, it was an easy choice. The units are modern and aesthetically pleasing, especially if you’re looking for that “new” feel. All of if the amenities you’d want are included or offered, and and you are in walking distance from all that downtown offers. The leasing manager Mary was great to work with and made the move seamless. I would definitely recommend living here.
Third Avenue Lofts is the BEST apartment complex. It’s a dream come true to call home. I love coming home everyday to the new, beautiful and fun building. We love everything about our new place. Mary with Third Avenue lofts was so helpful with our move in process. She continues to do the very best and goes above and beyond! We are so thankful!!!
