My wife and I have had a Fire Emporium fireplace since building our home in 2012. Once or twice per year I clean the inside and outside of the glass with an oven glass cleaner, I keep dust vacuumed out of the bottom controls, and so it's been extremely trustworthy each year. My mom Linda, had a great experience with this company. They were super helpful. They were prompt under extreme pressure due to all the local contruction. They fixed it versus pushing her into a whole new system. I love the honesty and integrity they have. If I ever need fireplace work done, they will be the people I call.
All Parrot heads, Bruce & Company my Davey Crockett Green Mountain grill the circuit board went bad. Knowledge, service, & customer service. Ended up buying a new updated one, called Trek for my summer camping stay in S Dak for summer. Backyard Kitchens, Fireplaces, grills your first and only Stop will be the Fire Emporium. Not used to that kind of service any more.
Bruce and Mike were super easy to deal with and always made time for me...I had a lot of questions. I couldn't be happier with their service and quality! I purchased the Napoleon NZ 6000 and it is AWESOME!!
This guy knows his stuff I have stopped by this place with questions on my wood burning fireplace and he has help me every time! I have also about items and the prices has seemed very reasonable compared to the internet price I have seen on line. He has a nice show room so you can see most fire place he sells. I know if I ever need to replace my curren fireplace I would buy it from him. He tells you like it is which is very helpful when doing things right.
