My family lived here for 2 years and it wasn't great. The maintenance team was fantastic here. However, when we expressed concerns about kids writing on cars nothing was done. We expressed concerns about kids running in hallways and up and down the stairs (for hours), and nothing was done. When we expressed concerns about the handicap spots not being taken care of during the winter, it still took a while before that got taken care of (my husband is handicap and can't walk well). PLEASE READ! I moved here in 2022 after being divorced. This was my first real rental experience at an apartment. I have never paid rent even one day late. I placed my trash bag on the patio while I finished vacuuming and I got a knock on the door from the manager telling me to move it. I did immediately and was surprised by the big deal made. We’ve lived here for 3 going on 4 years and love it. It’s very affordable, fantastic maintenance, minimal issues with anything. great neighbors. I work at home and have had minimal internet issues. Rent has increased every year but expected with inflation. Fantastic location, and my family is happy. Did I mention the few times we’ve had issues with anything maintenance is always quick and friendly? Great place to live!
I moved into my new apartment in October and I’m loving it! The staff is always very friendly and supportive, if you need any maintenance done they get it done right away! The price is just right for a single person, you get free internet, cable, for a 1 bedroom I only pay around $40 month for electric. I would highly recommend these apartments! They are also pet friendly. My dog has made a new friend with the office lady, she checks every time we walk by the office to see if she’s there.
Very great price. Even a parcel drop off locked room for deliveries. The pools are nice to relax by. Maintenance is quick to fix things. I have great neighbors so that helps. I do know some people that are litter bugs so I just try and keep up with the litter, Maintenance can't be there just a water bottle. The washer dryer room is o line automated so I really enjoy getting all loads done at once. Great place to live. I may stay more than my contract because it has everything I personally need.
