Love this place. Highly recommend. Great price. The mechanics look very professional in work shirts. Not your usual dirty overhauls. Complementary ride to & from work, Thank you again for that! Also met the owner GREAT guy not your usual CEO.
I came in frustrated with an issue that wasn’t my or Square Tire’s fault. They let me throw a little fit, Scott gave me a ride home and they fixed the issue. Scott even offered to pick me up when the work was done.
On a Sunday,leaving for vacation and ended up with a screw in my tire!! I was panicked then called Square Tire for a repair and was able to leave my truck there for repairs. Two hours later my tire was repaired and I could leave. I appreciate the timely repair, the courteous, professional care and actual kindness and understanding I received.
Went there for an oil change and 82 dollars later I left and my tire light was on for low tire pressure. Point being is it's supposed to be part of there service so I don't they checked it out or checked anything else. Talked with the manager and he said that I could bring it back to have things checked out. I'll just go somewhere else next time.
Do not use this place. They are dishonest and disrespectful. Went in for a flat repair. Waited an hour and a half. They never actually fixed the screw in my tire, just aired it up and gave it back to me.
