My furnace died this year, of course, when it was extremely cold. The guys from SnapAir were amazing!! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, go over and above and explain everything, so you can understand it. I would suggest them to anyone who is in need of heating, air conditioning or plumbing. Walter at SnapAir, and his whole team, have been wonderful to work with! They have always been responsive, courteous, and quick to get out to us every time, for any of our HVAC or plumbing needs. We had our furnace go out at our office during this horrible cold snap, and the part under warranty was estimated to not be available until late February (at least 4-5 weeks out). Excellent and prompt service. We have had service for sewer problems and installation of a water softener. Each call has been serviced very quickly and service has been great. Courteous and thoughtful workmanship. We highly recommend SnapAir.
Needed a water heater replaced over the weekend and they took care of us promptly. The installation technicians were very polite and professional.
We built in 2021 and Snap air did our plumbing and ac. Great job. Cleaned up after the were completed.
