Sioux Falls Audiology, and Dr. Mandy is a great place for your hearing needs. Dr. Mandy is very knowledgeable and very helpful, I broke a wire on my hearing aid and I called her, told her the issue I was having and she determined the problem over the phone, knew what I needed and sent me the part in Kansas and helped me get it fixed and back in service in a couple days. New to hearings aids. I had tried another audiologist in town and that didn't work out well for me. I started looking for an audiologist in Sioux Falls who uses real ear measurements to verify the setup was correct. I found Dr Mandy and am glad I did. Testing was straight forward and hearing aids were set up correctly. I am hearing things much better now. I'm very satisfied with the process. Dr Mandy is easy to work with and works to ensure that everything is setup and working correctly.
What an awesome experience! These guys are excellent and really do care about the quality of your hearing! I’m a fairly young 44 year old and have struggled with hearing my wife and kids the past 3-5 years. I finally decided to go in to an audiologist and I am so glad that I did!
