I recently had a relatively complicated case, and the Sioux Empire Team helped me out and made the entire maintenance process as streamlined as possible. I had an oil change. Front wipers changed. Health check . Great customer service. Great care for my car. Found out both front and back brakes needed changing. Will get that done tomorrow. I loved the ease of booking an appointment online and received an appointment within the next weekday. I was able to receive a loaner vehicle for the duration of my service as well. Upon arrival at the shop I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization of the office. Communication between myself and the manager/technician assigned to my vehicle was great. Easy process to get the initial appointment setup. They were able to do a quick overview of the car and confirm the service I needed along with several other maintenance options. Selecting which options to go with was very straightforward forward and once selected maintenance was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely go back for future servicing.
I'd be willing to bet, that Sioux Empire Automotive has best mechanics in the Sioux Falls area! I've now been there twice with two different vehicles. Very impressed!!
