Had Shawn out in May to put in 2 garage doors. He was more than willing to take my deposit and deliver the doors. He was supposed to return to install them. I spoke with him multiple time throughout the summer and fall and he was always too busy. I said it was fine and I was willing to work with his schedule. Around Halloween I tried reaching out again because I need them installed! I have called a dozen times and he will neither answer or return a phone call. We had Shawn out a few times to fix our garage door. He came quickly, even on the weekend. Unfortunately, the top seal continues to be an issue. We had to call another company out to fix it for good. Disappointed that we had to do this. Edit: The nails did not hold the trim into the frame. The gap that was to be addressed is back. Other issues are currently being addressed by another repair service. We are completely satisfied with the color of the trim and the timeliness of the repair.

A friend recommended Shawn for my garage door motor. I called and Shawn said he would take care of it tomorrow. Next day service and he replaced the motor, professionally done right. He went above and beyond and checked the whole garage door to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely recommend.

Had an emergency garage door situation on a Friday afternoon, and Shawn was able to come out first thing Saturday morning. Very friendly and easy to work with. Had us up and going again in no time. Would recommend Shawn to anyone! Also, very reasonably priced. Thanks so much Shawn!
