I had 2 garage door openers and one door installed. The guys did a great job. A week or so later one of my doors would not open. I left Shawn a voicemail, no response. I text him the next day, he text back that he was sick and to get in touch on Monday and he’d get it taken care of. I left him a voicemail on Monday and no response. That’s been 2 weeks ago. Great service. Had some backorder issues but communication of the process was great. Installation went smoothly and looks amazing.
Called Shawn's because the spring on my door broke. He was at my house within an hour which was fantastic as I have a lot going on and have almost zero time to deal with this kind of thing. He explained what needed to be done and why before he did it and had my door working great in no time!
Shawn’s Garage Door did an excellent job on my Garage door. They came out quickly, did skilled work and were helpful. I would definitely use Shawn’s garage Door again.
Excellent work. He repaired my lower door seal, suggested higher-quality seals and rollers, and replaced all the door rollers on both doors.
