We have had Arig for at least 11 years Price jump every few years ...not a fan of that service is good we only have internet...arvig is the only survice that we can get in my area or I would try different ones but I am grateful for internet so it is what it is the ppl in the office have always been great

Internet cuts out all the time. Worked fine until technicians told me I had a problem. They came and wrecked everything... I will be switching soon!!! Walter is right my neighbor same issue... Arvig you might want to figure this one out. Goodbye!!!

Again today no internet this has been a ongoing process for the last year to be exact arvig service truck have been up & down pendergast st trying to resolve issues but with no luck wondering exactly what do I pay for ? it was a service to have business internet 24 hrs a day 7 days a week yet I'm doing a review why cause at this moment again no internet yet I pay arvig 124.00 a month my advice to you is do not use arvig for your service

This company is the worst at providing proper internet services to people just 5 miles out of town. The government gave funds to provide fiber to people but they are not using these funds to do so!! The connection box is 1 mile away and our internet is insanely slow!!!!! Sooo frustrated with this company!

2 days in a row Arvig has had issues with their servers. Can't call the local office because the line is busy and hangs up immediately. We are stuck with this company due to our location. No other options exist to switch to. They built up the small city and the new developments but our end is 1970s technology. $43 for 10 download and less than a meg upload. This is the only service they provide for our home. If we could drop them for a competitor we would!
