BEYOND EXCELLENT service! We needed our septic tank pumped as soon as possible, and they were here within 2 hours of my call. The receptionist, Barb, was very friendly and kind. The service technician that came out (Marcus) was professional, knowledgeable, very nice and took a lot of time to explain what was happening and how to correct it for a better working septic tank. I will definitely use this company again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. THANK YOU!
We are an out-of-town business and every time we call Barb and her plumbing staff are able to provide excellent customer service and are more than willing to go above and beyond.
We had a pipe burst in our daughter’s room due to the freezing cold temps causing us to shut off our main water. Which by the way, is a nightmare having no water with 4 kids! We called Roto Rooter right away in the morning and Barb was able to squeeze us in the schedule that day! TJ came and saved the day! Wow, same situation as these other reviews. Lady on the other end, not very professional. Called and made an appointment for the next morning. Gave them my name and card information. Said they would call before coming to my rental property. Tomorrow comes no call, no show. So, I gave them a call the day after.
