Sioux City Roto-Rooter did an amazing job for me. The city backfilled a bunch of broken concrete on my sewer pipes after a resent water main break which ended up breaking and dislodging around 17' of pipe. TJ Giese and Andy Burrell and the rest of the excavator crew did a great job figuring out the problem, showing it to me which allowed me to bring it to the city’s attention. In March I called to have my septic/sewage pump replaced. It was making a loud humming noise, not all the time and not when it was pumping. I knew it was 25 years old and thought it should be replaced before it quits. I talked to Barb on the phone. A guy came out. I was at work. My daughter let him in and he went downstairs by himself. She thought he knew what he was supposed to do. Last weekend I had water in my basement because my septic/sewage pump quit.
