This company doesn't return calls or pick up my trash!!! I've called 3 times now and no reply l. Again I put both trash cans to the curb the night before and I come home from work the today which is Wednesday and the black can is empty but the blue cab is full the driver for 2wks now just ignores. I'm taking this matter to Keoland New the public needs to be aware of this. Absolutely unprofessional. And greatest thing is I have ring camera and it shows the driver just ignores the can 2 weeks in a row and the can is full
We have had their services for 3+ years and they are wonderful! I’ve forgotten a couple of times to put garbage or recycling out and they will walk down and get it they are wonderful people and a wonderful business!
Called today and talked with Ashely if it was my employee I would have had a tough time with the way she treated me as a customer. We loved are service with this company but we are canceling due to the way we were treated.
Had to slam on my breaks because driver wasn’t even looking and pulled out in front of my vehicle onto Sheldon Ave near 41st street/Plaza 41. I wouldn’t trust a parked car around this person if they can’t pay attention to a moving one with led headlights shining directly at them.
