We have had their services for 3+ years and they are wonderful! I’ve forgotten a couple of times to put garbage or recycling out and they will walk down and get it they are wonderful people and a wonderful business!
Called today and talked with Ashely if it was my employee I would have had a tough time with the way she treated me as a customer. We loved are service with this company but we are canceling due to the way we were treated.
These guys are the absolute best. Every time I forget that it is recycling they will go up to my house and put my recycling on the curb for me. They are just a great group and I am so glad I switched to them.
I am very happy with RBS sanitation… they have always picked up my garbage and extra things I have placed out… and never any mess left behind! Even when I forget to place my cans by the street they come up and get them 😀
Had to slam on my breaks because driver wasn’t even looking and pulled out in front of my vehicle onto Sheldon Ave near 41st street/Plaza 41. I wouldn’t trust a parked car around this person if they can’t pay attention to a moving one with led headlights shining directly at them.
