Repeat customer. Estimate was easy to get via their website and received followup inquiry about scheduling. Scheduling was a quick phone and got on schedule faster than expected. The service tech called before arrival and they ended being earlier than the appointment time (not going to complain), ended time describing what they saw during the service, and answered my questions. Service Tech was very pleasant. Billing by text was easy.
Raul did a great job servicing our septic tank! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd made an appointment to have the tank flushed, but on inspecting it he discovered the source of the clog and only charged me for the inspection/servicing. Saved a lot of money. Thanks so much!
I have used Ray's Twilight Septic two times and have been pleased with their service. They send a reminder ahead of the scheduled appointment, are on time, professional and friendly. After assessing they let you know if their are any concerns and when your next service should occur. The price is good for service. They had a loyalty discount and senior discount too. Highly recommend them!
Ray’s pump my septic tank in Pasco Washington today. They did a great job. Timely. Raul, the tech, was fantastic. He answered all my questions. Overall a great experience. This is the second time they have pumped my tank and both occasions went great. Very respectful of my landscape. I set up a 3 year reminder schedule with them.
I’ve used Ray’s Twilight for years! They have been very accommodating to my schedule. They are on time for their appointments. At times, when needed, they have given advice. I would strongly recommend them for any septic tank issues.
