Derek and crew were very helpful, accommodating of severe schedule changes, and knowledgeable in offering of suggestions and solutions. I have found him to give quick, top notch service at fair prices. We plan to continue using Proper Plumbing solutions for repairs and our next construction project.
We went through American Home Shield who assigned Derek @ Proper Plumbing Solutions to evaluate our problem. It was very clear that he would not come to our residence unless he received Holiday Pay for his services. We can understand the need to find the source of the leak, but he damaged our home in his hurried attempt to locate the leak.
