Great experience with Prime Performance. Was having an issue with my vehicle's air conditioning. They were able to get my car into the shop same day and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely go back!
We were so impressed by the amount of care that went into fixing up our car, the level of professionalism and how quickly they were able to resolve the issue. We were passing through the city and our car stopped working. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few short hours and we were able to get back on the road. Definitely recommend their services!
A couple months ago I had an appointment to get my car looked at for 11am it took the tell the day after my appoint at 3pm to even start looking at it. It took them maybe 15 mins to come out and tell me i had nothing wrong with my car besides bad back struts which they charged me 1 thousand for just the back to be changed. Not even a week after this I was taking my car to a diffrent shop and it needed new breaks and a new tire rod. And now I’m taking it in bc of an oil leak. Prime performance did an amazing job with my challenger hellcat. Went into the shop with some questions and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciate the hard work and results of my car definitely recommend!
I had an emergency with my car and the crew there were able to help me fix the problem as soon as they opened. They were very nice and friendly. They explained what was happening with my car and gave me options. I was able to get my car fixed fairly quick that same day.
