These guys are the real deal. It's a great old school, 2nd generation auto repair shop run by two brothers. Their work is done right the first time and at a fair price. Do yourselves a favor and check them out. You won't be sorry. One of the brothers Chad, is a graduate of MMI and did some excellent work on my Harley as well. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else in the future.
Was really satisfied with the customer service. I left feeling like I wasn’t getting taken advantage of and I got a good understanding of the issues going on with my vehicle. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody in the Siouxland area.
We were so impressed by the amount of care that went into fixing up our car, the level of professionalism and how quickly they were able to resolve the issue. We were passing through the city and our car stopped working. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few short hours and we were able to get back on the road. Definitely recommend their services!
Great experience with Prime Performance. Was having an issue with my vehicle's air conditioning. They were able to get my car into the shop same day and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely go back!
A couple months ago I had an appointment to get my car looked at for 11am it took the tell the day after my appoint at 3pm to even start looking at it. It took them maybe 15 mins to come out and tell me i had nothing wrong with my car besides bad back struts which they charged me 1 thousand for just the back to be changed. Not even a week after this I was taking my car to a diffrent shop and it needed new breaks and a new tire rod. And now I’m taking it in bc of an oil leak.
