My boyfriend and I bought a house in Parkers last August of 2021 and we were very pleased with the service we had while being there. Unfortunately, our house burnt down 28 days after moving in. We called and canceled our service, but continued to get monthly bills from them. We called again to cancel and then proceeded to tell us that we need to pay $400 for damages to the motom and router and an installation fee after we had lost not only our home, but everything inside of it. I cannot even count how many times I've had to call customer services due to internet outage. It's a completely conflicting issue/solution for each and every tech I speak with. I get 20 mbps for 55 bucks a month wit... read more

The employees don’t have a clue what’s going on and they are horribly rude. My internet is out at least once a week, which is awesome when you work from home and rely on that internet. If I could give this place less than one star, I most certainly would. Update: after I left the above review, Arvig reached out to my husband. The ... read more
Great if you want an actual excuse to why you can’t log into zoom because the WiFi’s always down. Tech floods a bot btw.
