We have the max plan and we only get 32mb a second download speed and 1.9mbs upload. We called to ask if it’s possible to fix this issue and they told us that the speed should be around 3-35mbs and we only get 1.9mbs. Then they proceeded to say well that’s the max you can get in your area. We are not paying for you to not give us the internet that we expect! My boyfriend and I bought a house in Parkers last August of 2021 and we were very pleased with the service we had while being there. Unfortunately, our house burnt down 28 days after moving in. We called and canceled our service, but continued to get monthly bills from them. We called again to cancel and then proceeded to tell us that we need to pay $400 for damages to the motom and router and an installation fee after we had lost not only our home, but everything inside of it. Worst service ever. I keep having issues where it wants me to reauthenticate the modem and I called and they tried stuff on their end which didnt work, then they decided to setup an appointment without my knowledge to change the modem and called me well at work asking where I am. He changed out the modem and still didnt fix it. The guy kept insisting I return my 300 dollar router with the latest wireless standards and great coverage so I can use their junk and pay 5 bucks extra a month. I cannot even count how many times I've had to call customer services due to internet outage. It's a completely conflicting issue/solution for each and every tech I speak with. The last one recommend I pay for higher speed. Surprise, surprise my internet has been worse ever since my bill went up $15 per month. If you have the option I wouldn't recommend their service. I would be happy to redact my poor review if these issues were ever to be resolved.
I come from an area where the internet you pay for works and the few times it doesn’t, the employees are helpful. This internet provider is ghastly and of course, the only one offered in the area. The employees don’t have a clue what’s going on and they are horribly rude. My internet is out at least once a week, which is awesome when you work from home and rely on that internet.
