Just not good internet. We have had the 1gig speed and on the north side of town it was amazing! Never had an issue with them at all! Since we moved to the south side it is horrible! There was a problem with the wire coming into the house three weeks after they did an install. Then they recharged me for another service call. They ask you what you want your username and password to be then don't change it to that. Truthfully they are just not an amazing company and what they ask you to pay really isn't worth the service ... read more
Women at the front desk is pretty nice everytime I go in!
They say your bill will be one thing and then charge you double the amount. When you call and complain to fix the situation, they just beat around the bush like you're stupid.
They offer grate services and yhey have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I live right in town and our internet is Terrible! It makes it incredibly difficult to run a business with mediocre internet service!
