I've had some issues with Arvig over the years, just like any other service provider, but they've always done a good job addressing my concerns. I've also shopped around over the years, and feel that Arvig's prices are very competitive. Each time I look at other companies, I always end up sticking with Arvig. Breanna and Tatum in the Park Rapids office are fantastic. They are always upbeat and happy, and extremely professional. Keep up the great work!
Worst place to get internet!! And like the same they change the bill. I canceled my service Dec 1st and they are still trying to charge me! Now they can deal with the mn state attorney!
Just not good internet. We have had the 1gig speed and on the north side of town it was amazing! Never had an issue with them at all! Since we moved to the south side it is horrible! There was a problem with the wire coming into the house three weeks after they did an install. Then they recharged me for another service call. They ask you what you want your username and password to be then don't change it to that. Truthfully they are just not an amazing company and what they ask you to pay really isn't worth the service ... read more
They say your bill will be one thing and then charge you double the amount. When you call and complain to fix the situation, they just beat around the bush like you're stupid.
Women at the front desk is pretty nice everytime I go in!
