Purchased a hot tub from Olson Pools and spas about a year ago. Had a great experience dealing with Anthony and Amy. Very helpful in my decision to purchase a hot tub. Anthony helped me make my decision on my tub. Amy was very helpful with the chemicals that I would need. Roger and Kelly have been outstanding when I have had issues with my hot tub. My dad purchased a hot tub there and now it’s time for some service work and they are telling him he lives to far away. When it’s time to make a sale they say will come work on it anywhere you live which is what they told him but now it’s time and they are not wanting to take care of him. Typical sales pitch to get the sale but not back it up. I would not recommend them to anyone. A business is only as good as it’s word, which for them is a lie.
We have purchased a spa from Olson Pool over 20 years ago. They have given us the very best customer service ever! Everyone is good at keeping us informed all along the way. Such friendly and experienced staff! Very knowledgeable staff, and always willing to help with any questions. A huge thank you to Steve and Roger!! You are the best! We recommend your company to everyone!
Very helpful team. I had answers on setting up a used pool. They were great for giving me information. Only downside is that I wish I could hire them to come out and set it up for me. They are slammed and unable to offer their service. 09/14 Updating this review just as I am closing a phone conversation with them. When I wrote this 3 months ago I had been in to get advice and buy supplies. Also begged them to come out and help put up the used pool i had bought. Nothing but great things to say about this company. They installed a new heater in my hot tub during the winter and had very fair prices. Aaron has even helped me over the phone with hot tub troubles. Honest and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
