O'Connor Is amazing! They've helped us twice with our AC and Furnace- once in the summer and once in the winter. Our unit is on the way out and we are just trying to keep it going as long as possible. The team is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers. We really appreciate their professionalism! The tech was up-front with us on costs and gave us an estimate before doing the work. Had them come out for a service call to look at my AC as it wasn't keeping up with the heat. They didn't give me a service call price and didn't do anything but look at my unit and say my filter was dirty and charged $110 for the hour when they were here 10 min. I felt completely ripped off and nothing is better. We have changed the filter many times with no change and I explained that but it didn't matter.
We have used O'Connor for over 15 years. Every time I have called, they have been nice, professional, fast, and very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. We have called over holiday weekends, during heat waves, and when it has been freezing cold. They have always responded and had it fixed within a few hours. They talk and listen to me, where other companies would only listen to my husband. I would give them a thousand stars if I could.
I will only ever call O'Conner's for our heating and air stuff. I wish I could give them 1 million stars. We were having issues with our unit and I called Patrick at 6 am on a Saturday and this wonderful man called me within an hour. He let me explain the situation instead of interrupting me like I've had another company do.
