We have used O'Connor for over 15 years. Every time I have called, they have been nice, professional, fast, and very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. We have called over holiday weekends, during heat waves, and when it has been freezing cold. They have always responded and had it fixed within a few hours. They talk and listen to me, where other companies would only listen to my husband. I would give them a thousand stars if I could.
I will only ever call O'Conner's for our heating and air stuff. I wish I could give them 1 million stars. We were having issues with our unit and I called Patrick at 6 am on a Saturday and this wonderful man called me within an hour. He let me explain the situation instead of interrupting me like I've had another company do. O'Connor Heating & Cooling was able to diagnose my problems with my old (30 year +) furnace immediately and recommended a new model that would be more efficient and give me a better peace of mind instead of putting a band aid on a failing system. It was replaced the following day quickly with extreme care in moving the new and old furnace across my kitchen floors. In addition, it is great to see a company that gives back to its community and those that are struggling. I consider every dollar I spent well worth it.
Jared came on really short notice on a Friday night and got my AC fixed when it was frozen up, low on coolant, and condenser wouldn't shut off. With a 45 year old system I was worried that I'd be in over my head, but I dodged a bullet that night. Great job and friendly.
Wasnt able to help me with my furnace. Was told to call electrician instead. Claims to be a technitian but didnt do anything to help. I jad to pay $171 just for him to show up and tell me this. Called the electrican from cruz electric and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the electricity. Stated that something was wrong with the furnace itself. Will never call o connor again and i dont reconmend to anyone especially if the young boy comes to try and fix anything
