The whole process was a lot easier than I expected. Noticed we had a broken spring on the garage door, I gave Nelson's a call (they were recommended by a coworker) and the next morning they had it all fixed and replaced. The price they quoted was accurate as well. They did a great job with communicating as well and answered all the questions I had.
Years ago we called Nelson overhead door to repair our garage door. Thankfully they left a sticker above the garage door opener with their contact information. Having such a good experience the first time I did not hesitate to call last evening when one of the springs broke. Ryan was able to come out today and fixed it within an hour. Courteous and kind. Went above and beyond just repairing the spring- greased wheels and checked out the entire garage door. So grateful for this small business. Would recommend highly.
Great service by Nelson Overhead door! They came quickly to check the issue, and came back to replace. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even checked my other door to make sure all was ok. Really apprecieted the timeliness and quality of the work.
Ryan repaired my garage door. He was professional and took the time to educate me which was greatly appreciated. He informed me of what had to be fixed now and was straight forward with what everything would cost. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Nelson Overhead Door.
Jim and Ryan came to fix our garage door panels and they did a phenomenal job! Jim was very professional and refused to accept payment until the job was done right. The first 2 panels they have ordered from the manufacturer had defects and they ordered us a new one for no extra charge. I would highly recommend Jim to help with your garage doors.
