Called for a maintenance issue with my garage door. Jim came very next morning fixed everything on the spot set up my new remotes and helped with advice to keep my garage door functioning better. Great service Great price !!! A+++

Price was reasonable, I got a free upgrade on the opener (limited time offer), and the work was completed promptly with the utmost professionalism. Ryan took the time to explain the operation and features and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!!

They also educate you on the workings of the doors as well as important maintenance that folks miss. Thank-you for the great service!
The whole process was a lot easier than I expected. Noticed we had a broken spring on the garage door, I gave Nelson's a call (they were recommended by a coworker) and the next morning they had it all fixed and replaced. The price they quoted was accurate as well. They did a great job with communicating as well and answered all the questions I had.
