Depending on were you live, you may have a decent experience if you don't have to deal with Bonnie Murry. She is a nightmare and you will get cheated but she is very sneaky about it; she learned it from her father who passed away. I started out in low income housing and she was covertly stealing money from me, it took a very good lawyer to spot it. Avoid her at all costs. I had to hire an attorney to get out of my year long lease and it was a battle.
Murray Properties under New Management! They have been updating their properties inside and out! The new Management team is very professional and efficient! I can't wait for the New 3rd Avenue Lofts to open later 2019!
Wanted to update my rating. The new management is awesome and has shown me that they do truly care about their tenants happiness and will try working with them to fix any issues you may have.
The staff is prompt, friendly and helpful. There have been upgrades done during the past few years under the new management. Keep it up!
Murray properties is wonderful! Their attention to detail and their staff makes this one of the best places to live in town!
