Best service we have had in 23 years Knowledgeable servicemen Very clean , thorough job !! First one that ever took lower stove apart. Was full of creosote which explains the slow draw. Love this companies employees!!
I bought a pellet stove from a well known shop in Crescent City. It was only used twice for about an hour each time. In the first year. I came up after the year and ran the stove. It did not work correctly. I had the company that installed it come out twice and they could not tell me what was wrong, nor did they check to see what was going wrong. Their team is top notch, knows their stuff and works with you to design the system you need from start to finish. They installed both my new wood stove as well as a 5 head ductless system. Their price was fair. They are honest and humble-- one of the most professional contractors I have encountered out here. Just amazing, from initial contact through installation.
