We had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Midwest Pest Control, and we couldn’t be more pleased! He was both professional and friendly, taking the time to explain everything and make sure we were comfortable with the process. We initially hired them for our business, and after such a great experience, we’ll definitely be reaching out to them to help with our home, particularly for removing the asian beetles and bees. Highly recommend their services!
During our first treatment, Thomas and I had a great conversation around our pest concerns and overall scope of work. Thomas was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure he answered all of my questions. He also took time to talk about his processes and chemicals used along with any cautionary notes as we have kids and dogs. It was a great experience, and we are looking forward to working with Thomas for our pest control needs.
Within an hour of my initial call for service on a Saturday morning, Thomas was over to handle our wasp infestation! He was very professional and informative about the process! In total his visit was about 10 minutes to address our issue. Highly recommend these guys/gals for service.
We called Midwest for help with Asian beetles and boxelder bugs. The technician was very polite and came promptly. He sprayed our house and shed in approximately 20-30 mins. We enjoyed one evening without bugs. As soon as the sun came out the next day, our house was covered in swarming Asian beetles. I’m grateful he killed many bugs, but I’m not convinced the pesticide repels any future Asian beetles. Even the next day.
