A shout out to Tina at McKinney Olson! I had inadvertently put in an incorrect account number while making my auto insurance payment…not once, but twice! At any rate, Nationwide cancelled my policy because you can’t provide a wrong account number 2 times in any 12 month period! Tina was… She just called me back! She got things straightened out with Nationwide…AND discovered the same error was going to screw up my Home Owners policy! The NATIONWIDE payment site makes you “jump through hoops” to PAY THEM!
