Truly a "Hidden Gem"! I first learned of the Mapleton Community Home when it was the closest facility that could provide care and rehabilitation for my Dad following a near-fatal battle with COVID in 2020. Despite the health and safety protocols in place, the staff still provided outstanding care including speech and physical therapies. The reviews on this website are worthless. There is only 1 that shows dated 3 years ago. The facility's response is dated 8 months ago?! Go figure. I was trying to find a way to get the owners attention re: their picture of a resident being helped out of the wheelchair. Look at it before you post it. The foot supports are not folded up out of the line of movement of the man's feet. His feet are tucked under the wheelchair as he is trying to stand - putting all the pressure and body control on his toes! If he real... read more

My Mother was put here until she could get her strength back Her room was a dive None of her lights worked like they were supposed to When she put her call light on it took them anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to come see what she needed She said the food was so bad she hadn’t hardly ate anything From her experience there I wouldn’t let my dead dog go there
