What a great company to work with! Onawa had a wicked hail storm come through in June. I honestly didn’t care what company to go with as insurance was picking up the bill. I stumbled upon Lyle’s Garage Door after hearing good reviews on the Nextdoor App. I AM SO GLAD I USED THEM! They were quick to respond and quick to repair! Technician was very friendly and when I apologized about my barking dogs inside he was kind and let me know he may need to go through gate a few times and didn't want dogs to get out! I kept them inside but was so nice of him to let me know so I could be aware. Often just have people come and do their work and not engage but he let me know what needed fixed and the process. Thank you!
Everything about this genie garage door opener was great! The sale was done over the phone. I told them what I wanted. They gave me the price. We set up an installation day and time. The installer called before he came. The installer was very good. He was very friendly. He is the kind of guy every business should have. I can’t say enough good things about him. When he was done the garage looked better than when he got here. Thanks to everyone at Lyles Garage Door Service.
Lyle's went over and above to give me one day service when I had a problem with my garage door. They are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without a second thought.
My garage door was stuck shut. Neither my wife or I could leave for work. The guy came immediately, even bumped his first appointment to help us out. Always great service!!
