Jim's Excavating is fantastic! We've had them pump our tank at our cabin the last few times. They are great to work with, show up when they say they will, and are reasonably priced. We needed our system certified this winter and it looked like we would have to wait until spring. After a warm stretch in December they called us saying they could get the cores and complete the certification so could get it done now. Jim's provides great service and I won't even look anywhere else.

Phenomenal service. Realized my pump was out around 5:00pm. Called Jim’s, they answered and we’re over at my property at 530. Pump was replaced and all done by 630. My bill was very reasonable and Andy was extremely professional. Couldn’t be more satisfied

I had a cracked tank and an emergency situation requiring a complete new septic system install. Andy always answered the phone, answered my questions and came out right away when needed. After his quote for the new system install came in lower than others, he and his crew installed my new septic system under a very tight timeline. Andy is a man of integrity, and the type that will do the job quickly and most importantly correctly. Andy is the person you want if you want it done right.

My high tank level alarm went off at midnight. I called in the morning and described the issue. They were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and dispatch a friendly service tech immediately with the likely part. The issue was resolved within 2 hours of being on-site (bad pump). Thank you so, so much for making my issue a priority and allowing me to avoid a potential messy situation!! Excellent customer service.
