Ike’s recently came out to my condo in Walker and serviced my geo thermal system. While they were here they also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat. The service was very efficient and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable of all the systems in my mechanical area of the condo and was very very helpful answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Ike’s for any HVAC needs in your house, cabin, townhouse or condo. Furnace went out over the weekend. Called Ike's first thing Monday morning. The receptionist who answered the phone was very understanding and enjoyable to work with. The service tech came out a couple hours later. Even though they were working on limited sleep as many furnaces were having issues with the -25 degrees below temperature, they were very nice to talk to and work with. We purchased a new Rudd HVAC system from Ike’s. They were competitively priced, their installation was timely, and their service was outstanding. I highly recommend them. You will be pleased.

Our heater stopped working Friday morning. A call to Ikes Friday after business hours yielded a fast response and even better they had the part in stock needed for the repair. He came out as promised with the right part, replaced it in 20 minutes, fired it up, and works as it should. He spent another 20 minutes looking it over to make sure all was well. Fast response, fixed the first time, and fair price for an emergency call out. I will use Ikes again for any other issues and maintenance. Thanks for the great job!
