Ike’s recently came out to my condo in Walker and serviced my geo thermal system. While they were here they also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat. The service was very efficient and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable of all the systems in my mechanical area of the condo and was very very helpful answering any questions I had. We purchased a new Rudd HVAC system from Ike’s. They were competitively priced, their installation was timely, and their service was outstanding. I highly recommend them. You will be pleased.
Furnace went out over the weekend. Called Ike's first thing Monday morning. The receptionist who answered the phone was very understanding and enjoyable to work with. The service tech came out a couple hours later. Even though they were working on limited sleep as many furnaces were having issues with the -25 degrees below temperature, they were very nice to talk to and work with. When our heater decided to die in the dead of winter we couldn't get in contact with any other heating company. Ike's answered our call immediately and was at our house within the hour on a Sunday. He ordered a new heater and installed it next day. I can't say enough about how honest, kind and quick this business was with us and our animals. Ike is very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions along the way, and made us feel comfortable in a very cold situation. I wouldn't call anyone else for my heating issues.
