The took my entire deposit and charged me extra for cleaning after I spent hours going through my apartment and making things look nice. Things were cleaner when I left than when I moved in and they charged me $73 on top of my $400 deposit for "cleaning." They also broke my lease with a tour they gave no notice for. I never paid late or caused any issues. I'd never recommend them, management is shady.
Great landlords. Most maintenance issues are fixed quickly. Reasonable rent and great location. Another poster mentioned some drama with a maintenance guy. The Larry she mentioned doesn't appear to be here anymore.
