Absolutely The WORST Internet provider in Minnesota, You can never get any support, Arvig doesn't care about customers, And Most of the time you're Internet doesn't work and along with that they don't even know how to fix their own product. If you like getting Poor download speed, Service, And Elevator music on the phone, Then I Would recommend Arvig For you. P.S. Most of the problems with our wifi we get we just end up fixing it ourselves because Arvig doesn't know how to in the first place.
As a current customer...I have to say it's just like the rating suggests. My cable service is so-so. Ever since the updates preformed in my service area, picture quality has suffered some. Not to mention you have to buy the basic package, and the next package up, because the basic doesn't offer much. They also don't carry channels like Speed or Nickolodeon.
