Stopped in there over the Thanksgiving holiday week and they took me right in to do my brakes. All the guys there were really friendly and as I was sitting in the waiting room I heard them explaining all their services to their customers. They did a really nice job with that. I definitely go back there again. The worker seem very conscientious and above all they all seem very nice and friendly. My brakes work. That's very important. 🙂
I am absolutely amazed at the excellent service I had at this Grease Monkey. I had actually taken my car to a different t mechanic and told him there was a problem with the vent/filter. The mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with it. Tyler at Grease Monkey found the very obvious problem and fixed it, and didn’t charge me extra. The first mechanic had obviously not even looked. These guys were awesome. I usually don’t write reviews but I came in with new headlight bulbs after having a hard time installing them myself and they took the time to install them and even put new parts in that I was missing in my bumper. The cost was super low and other auto repair shops were trying to charge me over 200 bucks to replace the bulbs. Can’t recommend grease monkey enough! :)
If you need an oil change please go ANYWHERE else. I’m not sure if this issue is just for this location but please don’t get your oil changes done here. One of my friends got his oil change gone here and it was leaking right after. So I tightened the oil filter just a bit and it was still leaking so we decided to do another oil change at home and it turns out the oil filter that is removable was cracked!
