In March I called to have my septic/sewage pump replaced. It was making a loud humming noise, not all the time and not when it was pumping. I knew it was 25 years old and thought it should be replaced before it quits. I talked to Barb on the phone. A guy came out. I was at work. My daughter let him in and he went downstairs by himself. 0/5 l cant recommend enough that if you're looking for plumbing services, look elsewhere. RR customer service is a joke. I called the office to depute a bill, I had previous work done for a main line out at a property. Bill came out to be close to $600 in total (300 for camera locator, 100, for mileage and 200 for 2 separate lines cleared out. (the first being the main line, the second being the sink). BEYOND EXCELLENT service! We needed our septic tank pumped as soon as possible, and they were here within 2 hours of my call. The receptionist, Barb, was very friendly and kind. The service technician that came out (Marcus) was professional, knowledgeable, very nice and took a lot of time to explain what was happening and how to correct it for a better working septic tank. I will definitely use this company again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. THANK YOU!
We are an out-of-town business and every time we call Barb and her plumbing staff are able to provide excellent customer service and are more than willing to go above and beyond.
We had a pipe burst in our daughter’s room due to the freezing cold temps causing us to shut off our main water. Which by the way, is a nightmare having no water with 4 kids! We called Roto Rooter right away in the morning and Barb was able to squeeze us in the schedule that day! TJ came and saved the day!
