Brian came out to give a quote for replacing our breaker box. He was friendly, helpful and gave us a fair price. When it came time to do the work we were concerned about the power being out due to having koi fish over wintering inside. The workers brought out a generator and hooked up the water pumps to it so our fish could survive. The work was done right, respectfully, and promptly. Our fish were happy and so are we! We will definitely use them again!!!
I lost power to half my house including my furnace. This was the only place in town that would come out on a Friday, in near zero degree weather, to give me a quote. Brian came out to my house fast and quickly set my furnace back up, along with most of my power until I have further work done. After everything warmed up, I found a water pipe had burst but, I feel very lucky that I didn't have to sit all weekend froze up. I can't imagine what other things might have been damaged. They were very good, gave prompt service and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

The work that was done was good. The person that they sent to our house was rude and when we asked questions he promptly said he was too busy to be bothered. I perhaps would use Fox again if we would be assured not to get the same person, but someone who is personable.
