This just happened . We booked load with Five Star and they cancelled us because they had a truck closer. The latest pickup was 4 pm. My driver would have arrived on time. They continued to keep it on the load board even after booking with us and after us signing a legally binding rate confirmation. They booked us as a contingency plan while keeping it on the load board holding up our truck and thinking we had the load when we could have booked other loads for our driver.
