Worked with Erin Bircher and the manner of the work done from the broker's side was absolutely nice and professional, it's a joy to talk to any staff member from this company.
We have Erin as our main communication and she's what makes Five Star great. She's super easy to work with and always has quick responses. She's a wonderful broker to work with. Yes they have average rates but the freight being local combined with a good disbatcher I'll haul it all day.
We just loaded for the first time with Five Star Logistics. We received a very good rate, and the entire process with Erin Bircher was excellent. This was handled in an extremely efficient and professional manner. I definitely look forward to working with Erin and this Broker again in the future.

For the piece of equipment I was hauling, It was one of the poorest rates I've seen, took the load to get home, first time ever hauled for them, been waiting about 45 days still not seen a check, just down the road from them a broker quikpays me no fees within a few days and the loads I move for them pay much better, This isn't all there fault, but in the big scheme of things rates need to go up to continue business with anyone
