First let me say thank you for answering the phone on a Saturday and scheduling our repair for Monday. Everyone I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ruben was excellent to work with. He was on time, prepared and kept me informed of what he was working on and why. I would absolutely recommend your company and will definitely call if I need plumbing services again.

Service Tech was on time, called ahead, and was attentive to all conversation. My original item I called in for service was quickly deemed to be working well. While here, the tech. did work on a different part of my pump house and was done quickly. Pricing was fair. I will absolutely call First Service the next time I need plumbing, or potentially a heating issue resolved. Communication was perfect; they even answered the phone when I called at 8a. These days, just that was worth 5 stars. Ruben arrived as scheduled, explained everything after patiently listening to me attempt to explain the problem. All fixed at a more than reasonable price. Wonderful experience from beginning to end with this company!

After our water sputtered to an end. We called First Service and they were quick to find solutions to our well needs and update everything so that we had strong preasure and clean water flowing again. With a young family that is number 1 on our list. In fact our plumbing is better now than in the almost 5 years we've owned our home. Thank you First Service Plumbing!
