We hired Elite Limousine for a Christmas Light tour and had a fabulous experience. The office manager answered all my questions and made the scheduling process smooth and helped us pick the right vehicle so we had plenty of room!! Glenn was our driver and made it such a fun evening. We will definitely hire him again!!
Was extremely happy with the service from Elite. From the ease of scheduling, variety of vehicle choices and affordability. Point of contact asked The right questions to get us in the perfect vehicle for our needs. The car arrived ahead of schedule & was very clean. Saving grace for the experience goes to the driver Dwight for doing what he could to rectify the inconvenience of an uncomfortable ride. A large group of us in celebration, decided it would be a fun time to roll in style and have some fun. If only the radio would have worked but on top of that, the owner also required us to tip if we didn’t want to be fined?? We drove around for half of our time with no music. Want us to tip? Absolutely amazing company from the top down. I reached out after a local company canceled last minute and Glenn with Elite immediately took care of all of my concerns, needs etc - even while on his own family vacation in Hawaii! I threw a surprise 21st birthday party for my son and the driver picked us up and gave us a GREAT night of amazing service!! Bus was clean, updated and perfect. Absolutely wonderful! Would and WILL use them again any time I need a limo/party bus!
Set up a Christmas light tour for a friend as a surprise. They were so easy to work with and had great communication. Our friends had a great surprise trip around Sioux Falls looking at the Christmas lights. I would recommend Elite Limousine.
