The technician is professional and efficient. He helped us fix a bended sector of the garage door. After putting things to the right place, he also examined how the door work and adjusted two joint iron pieces to make the door work smoother. Very nice work:)
My garage door spring broke and the door was stuck, Roger came out and gave it a quick check about 1/2 hour after I called. Gave me a rundown on what was going on, and how I could improve my current set up. The service tech came out later that day, and was fast and courteous. Thanks for the great service

Roger was extremely helpful is discussing the issues with my garage door. He explained what could be wrong and addressed the costs involved. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommended him.
I had the main spring on two 10 foot garage doors go out had door master come to fix them. The springs he put on where much smaller than the old ones and when I questioned him he said it's becouse they are a new type but they work great. I also needed a new seal at the bottom of the door and he offered one for a good price so I told him I wanted one for each.
