Todd with DL Towing went above and beyond! We were 1 hour into our trip back to California from Minnesota when we broke down. Todd not only took our call but took the time and called local shops for us. He found one (NRG Auto) that would replace our Alternator at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Can’t recommend DL Towing enough. For two days we tried to get a tow truck through AAA when we were 3 hours from home and no one ever came. We eventually called DL Towing directly as we just wanted to get it taken care of. They were incredibly helpful, suggested an auto shop to tow the car to and had someone out to get the car in no time. After a long and frustrating two days they took care of everything incredibly quick so we could get home. Thank you DL Towing!
Guy who answered phone first time was great. Guy who answered phone second time was rude as all out. Like I get you have 90 plus people calling you but you don't hang up on someone nor yell at them when they need your help. Clearly the person in need is just as frustrated as you. Never calling them again if I can help it.
This group has towed me twice in the last two weeks with two different cars. Always there when they say they will be, always pleasant and courteous. They are a AAA affiliate and do a superb job. Highly recommended...
This gentleman was truly a savior in a time of need. He went above and beyond in multiple ways to help get us on our way after hitting a deer 9 hours from home. He made sure we got our vehihcle to where we wanted it to be, and then even gave us a ride to our hotel. I wouldn’t call anyone else. The customer service we received was truly amazing.
