Terrible customer service. Came out 3 months ago for a broken spring, it was temporarily fixed until a new spring came in. 3 months later, the other spring broke. I was told they would be out multiple times to repair garage door & they would never show up. Had one excuse after another, had to get at another garage & then drive to another town to get the new springs, because now I had 2 broken springs. We’ve been trying to get a door fixed for four months. Was told they ordered a part and then they never called me back or installed it. Every time I call them I was told “I don’t know, I just answer the phone. I’ll have someone else call you.” Never, ever received a phone call. This is ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Horrendous service!
Ryan and Troy came out same day I called. They were very efficient and pleasant and would definitely call Detroit lakes overhead again.
Been to my home twice with an old garage door in the past 4 years. These guys fix it as good as new each time at an affordable price. The quality of the work is excellent and they can fix the most screwed up stuff within a half hour. I highly recommend this company!
We ordered an 18' x 8' door in the colonial style. The door is very quiet and solid. The installation was quick and done well. The only problem I have with the door are the raised panels. The panels go across the front of the door for 16' but then stop so that the last foot on each side of the door has no panel. It looks like they took the design from a 16' door and just added a foot on each side instead of lengthening each panel so that the entire door would have raised panels on it.
