The men were very helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand and make a decision about how to proceed with repairs. They respected my decision and gave me a detailed estimate of future repairs that are needed. So thankful to be in good hands with a repair team I can trust.

Brought tire in that had a slow leak(losing 10psi/week). Back next day to pick up, technician stated it had 5 tiny holes and they can't fix it. He then offered to special order a new tire for me at the low price of $235! Took tire home to fill with air only to find that the valve core is missing. Replaced core, now I see the tire has 2 LARGE holes in it and won't hold any air! Very upsetting because even with a small leak I had planned on keeping it as spare, until I buy new tires. This will be the last time I trust any of my vehicles to Dan’s. About a year ago, I took a tire in to get repaired. The work was done quickly. I get in my vehicle and the Tire Measure Monitor warning light was illuminated. I talked to the gentleman at the front desk and let me know that sometimes the vehicle needs to be driven to reset the sensor. Okay, no problem. Great service! Friendly staff who greeted me right at the door. No appointment needed. Wheel alignment took a little longer than anticipated but what do you expect when you want the job done right. I will be going back in another 3,000 miles down the road!
