Jason at Cubby's Electric Motor & Pump Repair, Inc. was able to find a very old double shaft electric motor that no one else could find. (He did this from a couple of pictures!!) He kept me in the loop regarding the order and how long it would take me to get it. I am from the Portland Oregon area. It amazed me how efficient he was in getting back to me with the replacement motor! I am a customer for LIFE! You saved me a lot of money from having to retro-fit that motor. The replacement motor was PERFECT! Thank you very much!

This business is absolutely fantastic! Fast, courteous and very helpful. They rebuilt not one but two pumps for us in just eight hours because we were afraid our koi would expire in the summer heat after our pump went out on a Sunday night. I arrived on their doorstep the next morning and explained the situation and brought our older pump to be fixed too. I had an awesome experience! Cubby is truly a small business man that believes in helping people. I had a issue with an above ground pool pump that I had just purchased (from some website). Called Cubby on a Sunday just to see what his hours were during the week and he actually answered.
