They were accommodating to getting the trim kits installed while the water was off for the installation of the shower surround so the water only had to be off once for that project. The surround had just been siliconed, so they took extra care with that delicacy, mostly. I've used Craig dozens of times over the years on my projects. Out of the handful of plumbers I've used during my tenure, Craig's the best, by far. He really is the business name sake of "Quality".

I'm a DIYer for most things but there are a few jobs that I call in for and Craig has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The services I've had done, including moving a basement drain and an urgent call for a significant leak in an old drain stack were handled in a timely and professional manner by Craig or his team. I appreciate the quality of work and the communication about what they do and why. They have helped me keep my 45-year-old home leak free and ready for the future.

I can't say enough good things about Craig's Quality Plumbing. A friend recommended them, and now I see why. When I called them about my finicky hot water heater, Craig, the owner, came out himself. He was knowledgeable and patient, walking me through what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. He made me feel like a priority and went above and beyond to get everything working again as soon as possible.

There are people in our lives that are rare but we can always rely on. Craig Plumbing is on that short list. As we slowly renovate our home, they have done big jobs for us like changing all galvanized pipes to PVC and small jobs like fixing a leak. No matter what they work on, they are always reliable, responsible, dependable, and overall good people. Thank you always!

Very friendly, very capable, and quick but not rushed. Would give a 4.5 if that were an option. Once Craig gets back to me after he does some more work on one of those newer Moenn pieces, I'll happily make this a 5.
