This was my first visit to C & J Automotive Specialists. I had an oil change, tire rotation and tire sensor replaced. Mike, the service manager was great at explaining what they were doing to the car and things the car may need down the road. He provided a detailed description with pictures. Very friendly and professional. I will be back with my next service.
Mike and Matt were extremely hospitable to me as I waited for my vehicle state inspection. Nick was able to fix a problem that the “other” shop across the street started and did not take responsibility for. They send you your car’s results in a very well made digital concierge screen through text message that goes over everything that has been serviced on your vehicle. Very comprehensive, very professional. I will make sure to tell as many people as possible that we have a decent and reliable automotive shop in Exton.
I was able to schedule my service for a time that was perfect for me. The drop off and pickup were flawless and the repairs were reasonable. I told Mike "it's always a pleasure!". Strongly recommend.
I would highly recommend CJ tires of Lionville. We had a leaky tire and we were about to leave for a long road trip but they got us right in and fixed it late on a Friday. Great customer service and great prices. Thumbs up!
It was amazing how early I was able to get my car inspected! They did an amazing job sending me a link of all the recommendations they think is appropriate for my car. Will 100% be going back to them in the future. Thank you Mike for helping me get all set up and thank you to his team for the fast and efficient service on my car!
