I contacted Chelan Realty after stumbling on an old real estate sign adjacent to another I was interested in buying. I called and was assured it was active and they told me the listing price. I made an offer based on that information. It turns out it was an expired listing (years old) and the listing price was much higher at the time. I never heard back regarding my offer other than a verbal v.m. after pestering them for a response. My offer was a "low ball" one based on what they told me, so no surprise.
